About Myself

I graduated from Georgian college’s massage therapy program and became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2023.I specialize in deep tissue massage using Swedish techniques. I also provide treatment for TMJD, relaxation, sports, and pregnancy.I attended York university from 2013-2019 receiving a BA in the Humanities as a student athlete with the school’s football team. It was through these years of training and rehabilitating personal injuries that I developed a passion for sports specific massage and injury rehabilitation.It is my goal to have clients regain function and physical wellness, and additionally, develop greater mobility and personal well being.
